i remember when hatch spilled the beans (and caught all hell) on the details of the intercept that our intelligence services picked up right after the attack where bin laden's cohorts were declaring that the targets were hit. the thought that crossed my mind was that if they had an intercept of their communications right after 911, how did they not get any intercepts before 911...
