I saw some expose show (20/20, 60 minutes, whatever) that was reviewing Michigan Law School's admissions policies a few months back. They found that a black applicant with a standard LSAT score (150?) had a 95% chance of being accepted to the school while a white applicant with a similar score was accepted less than 15% of the time... the results of their efforts to make the admissions 'fair'.
