"quiet and unassuming" almost sounds like an Asian woman stereotype. Some of the most feminine women are raucous Americans with great senses of humor. Think Roz Russell.
Well, we don't need to be told how to be feminine. We ARE Feminine. If you don't like the Calamity Jane American version, than TOUGH! (She was very well loved, by the way, by REAL men who enjoy REAL women.)
Ladies, we will continue to define our feminine selves, regardless of the men who want us to shut up, thank you very much. The only standard is New Testament Christian ethics to guide decent behavior on both parts, and otherwise, the more personality, the more fun!

What does a guy have to do to get a red-headed-pot-roast-cooking-back-rubbing southern gal these days? Hey --- sounds like we're looking for the same gal!! Twins, maybe???

Most precious job to me is believing in my husband and supporting him in the ways I can. And I can guarantee you that your doing so does wonders for him. Which makes him want even more to support and cherish YOU :) Amazing how well things work when the Design is followed!

I'm a single woman and I have a career by default. The default being that most men ignore those of us who don't flaunt their careers in the guys faces.
You are right on, but I must say that most men today aren't necessarily looking for women like you portrayed...too bad really, alot of us are looking for a guy who DOES appreciate a woman who wants to take care of her family.

Are you saying that you weren't serious when you said you would tell the guy flashing pictures to knock it off?

You are with a woman, either your wife or a date. You are at a social gathering, maybe a reception after a speech, or a party, but not a bar. It's a nice place and the people are wandering around from group to group and the conversation is interesting. Suddenly, a man whips out playboy and starts showing the pictures and making the type of comments playboy pictures usually evoke. What do you do and why? Thanks for playing along!
Well, to start with, my wife appreciates the Female Form too, in a healthy way. We're both Christians, but we also think that God created bodies and sex, and appreciating both isn't a bad thing.
We'd probably look at a photo (if the guy was next to us - we wouldn't cross the room to look) and then maybe comment to each other about the woman's attributes. Then we'd go on doing whatever we were doing before the guy got the magazine out.
Depending upon the "class" of the social gathering, we might just ignore the guy and the magazine - depends on the event.
Thanks for the opportunity to participate in your quiz ;)

I have much to say on this "life" truth. The last thing the husband wants is a weak, submissive woman. For you to suggest it, well, you don't get it. Limbaugh said it best, hard core feminists are the women that could not be. I personally have no problem with, "less than attractive" women choosing other women. Why in Gods name did they have to include all women? Women's liberation freed men like myself to " do women." As long as she was convinced abortion was her freedom, I was free. I retired at 45, semi retired at 35. Thanks girls!
The truth is, we both lost. Your worthless dependent offspring, my empty wealthy life. My life is good, I think it could have been more fulfilling. My dear, odds are yours is hard and poor, not to mention the tremendous sense of failure when you look at your multi fathered offspring.

Since most of the offensive photos come from sites that my browser software automatically stops downloading, I don't see the photos in the first place. Since the software also screens out some material that really is not offensive as well, hitting the abuse button on material that I cannot see is not good judgement.
You make a good point. What makes a man more masculine is the way he facilitates women to be more feminine. If we do not honor greatest callings that men have of being husband and father, how can we say we honor the divine callings of wife and mother?

Your worthless dependent offspring, my empty wealthy life. My life is good, I think it could have been more fulfilling. My dear, odds are yours is hard and poor, not to mention the tremendous sense of failure when you look at your multi fathered offspring. What on earth on you talking about? Do you know how to read? Or did you respond to the wrong person?
BTW, I have no need for a man's wealth as I am fully capable of supporting myself. As far as I'm concerned, men that feel they need to discuss their financial net worth to a stranger are a complete turn-off.
And I don't have any offspring. Where did learn that it was acceptable to suggest that a woman has multiple children out of wedlock upon no evidence at all?

I really hope I'm not out of line in pursuing this, but here goes. If a woman waits for a man to come around and open her car door, what is your true reaction? I realize this is a superfluous social custom and may not relate to true femininity or masculinity but do you resent the custom. How would you react to the situation and do you think your reaction change over time?

First, proof read before posting. As gross and antagonistic as my post was, the childless female is the exception. If my post confused you, I'm sorry. I am working on my grammatical and communicative skills. Obviously I have not mastered the skill. The post was in no way meant to offend a proud and productive woman. It was directed at the majority. I stand by my statement, is that clear? If you are still having comprehension problems, may I suggest repeating english 1A, perhaps a real, comprehensive course. You would be amazed at what a women can do with real effort.

If you are still having comprehension problems, may I suggest repeating english 1A Actually, I never had to take English 1A, because I passed out of it. If you're close to 50 and still working on grammatical skills, I feel sorry for you.

No woman; young, old, pretty, not-pretty; should ever have to touch or move a door in a man's presence. One of my pastors would always say this. He would ask me if the guy I was dating opened the door for me. "If he doesn't, forget about him." I'm glad to see that there are others who believe this.

Let me tell you what I do for my sweetie.
Do you really want a sweet, lovely wife who doesn't work,
He'd get tired really fast if he did all the work.
stays home and exercises so her body looks great,
Don't have to stay home to exercise.
who greets you every night wearing a different peignoir or other romantic (not vulgar) lingerie.
I know my man, and he'd rather have me naked or in leather than something frilly.
She greets you with small kisses and purrs in your ear.
If I start purring in his ear, he'd run from the room.
She draws your bath water.
You want a wife or your momma?
She recites poetry at the dinner table.
Mine would prefer dirty jokes.
She even sucks your toes in the bath.
He'd rather have something else sucked.
My man doesn't want a trained dog. Is your ego so fragile that you need a dog or your mother as your spouse?
