Scaaary! Now maybe they are all the same person. I am not so sure of their agenda though. Maybe it's to convince us of something. I think I will look into this further. ;-)
I never read any science fiction.
I consider Debkafile, and occasionally other conspiratorial material to be my "sci fi."
IF such an innocuous remark, elicits such HOSTILITY and DISREGARD from you, much less an outright accusation that I have an agenda --- then I suggest you consult a professional about paranoia.
ANYONE who finds it at all strange that this website would have grown enormously after 911, obviously has difficulty thinking straight.
Possibility of nuke attack, biological attack, two planes crashing into WTC buidings, sudden crash of stock markets, Waco debacle. They all shake large number's people's mind badly enough to vigorously respond. One graphic torching of small fringe sect compound of almost no influence made people start to form militias.
In a way, some of these people in this forum are play a role of plunge protection team. They desperately try hard to keep the momentum to irreversably swing to the other direction where powerful interest can burn badly. In stock market, they keep pumping in money or instigate some up-rally by organized buy-back or other techniques. Since during the time of uncertainty, it does not take much to market to crash or to head in the opposite direction. Because dynamic is not stable enough and susceptable to small perturbation. So now we have a situation where all real economic indicators are not good or real bad but still Dow is very high. Dissociation of perception from reality can be created and sustained. But it will collapse real badly someday. It is like damming up the raging torrrent indefinitely. If you hold them too long, you will create a flood on a biblical scale rather than a few fancy beach front resort being washed up. But owners of the resorts have power and others don't. And when faced with the crisis, they get panic, short-sighted and worry about postponing of flooding rather than dealing with it now.
Likewise, some folks here want to do perception management to the level of the plunge protection team. They want to dissociate perception from reality again. What is really interesting is that this efforts are very concerted. I can understand that Bush or Ridge officially keep quiet about it. But they want to blame wrong suspects or show up in internet forum and police discussion topics. What is next ? Teacher instructing kids to look out for parents or old siblings talking about nukes and ratting on them out of civic(patriotic) duty ?
Don't get me wrong, DEBKA is usually from an alternate dimension. They are extremely detailed and highly imaginative, but for room for all the things they report to be happening, earth would have to be several times bigger than it is. The nuke story has been reported elsewhere, so DEBKA may be near the truth this time.
Yeah. The anti-Debka people seem to have some sort of agenda, more than simply being skeptical or Debka's accuracy.
The anti-Debka faction can be described as obsessed, hysterical and irrational.
