Those would be the "drugs" that the Yoopers run down south from Iron Mountain? One of those will stick to the ribs. Combine it with a Point Special (Blue Bullet) and if you are laying down, plan on staying there for a while.
Yes, a whole pasty will put you in a coma for hours. I had a dozen of them sent to me last year - 6 beef, 6 rutabega - and they were terrible. Ended up throwing them away after sampling one of each.
That doesn't happen too often.
