Even black leaders (Jesse Jackson, for example) admit that they do not want to encounter young black men, especially at night. Go spend some time walking around at night in a town during a black fraternity week. Then come back and talk about "rascism". If you can. It's not about race, it's about taught behavior.

How about walking around at an HBCU, would that be scary to you too? I guess I'm in the minority in that I'm not scared to walk past a group of people unless I see a reason to be scared. If they're harassing those who have walked ahead of me I'm a little apprehensive about it but other than that they're just a group of people.
