According to me, and to any libertarian authority you's care to ask, collectives do not have rights. They may be empowered by the individuals to do various projects as a single body, war is one of them.

Can't have it both ways. If sovereignty is an indication they are "collectives" and cannot justly repel or refuse extradition then neither can they declare and carry out wars.
