This is the Kensington Kouncil Taliban's so-called "Children's Banner of Peace" which the Town's press release touted to the media as an alternative children's activity for the day (as opposed to meeting Santa). Notice the pathetic FEW items that the children of Kensington actually posted onto this banner. I wonder who donated this French flag to occupy such a prominent place in front of the Kensington Town Hall. LOL
