How about this for modern history, pal.I moved to Ventura in September 1983. At that time, Oxnard Ca. was 20% Mexican primarily because there are a lot of farms out this way. Now Oxnard is 65-70% Mexican.The crime rate has increased 120%...the homicide rate is up 260%....gangbangers abound and older people are afraid to go out at night. Pretty little homes in 1983 are now slums by the HUNDREDS,and property values have plummeted.Don't spread your drivel here. I invite Jim Rob here to my area, and I will PROVE it.
