I'm sure the Russians have a few billion dollars laying around to pay for a new space
station and shuttle if their improperly docked supply ship should cause a catastrophe.
In plainer language; Russia, your letter is worthless junk.
Hooking up with Russia to build the space station was huge mistake by America.
