Guaranteed, in Cincinnati one needs a concealed handgun. This place is getting as famous for car-jackings as Detroit. Evey night someone gets car jacked in Cincinnati and the cops eventually spot the car and give chase. Due to the "rules of engagement" following the riots, 9 times out of 10 the perps get away. I carry a .357 S&W in violation of the law and am proud of it.

I had a permit in VA for several years...
Louisiana has had the law for several years now...I can't recall ever seeing where a permit holder committed a firearms related crime either place.

If we win, does the lame proposed concealed carry law become irrelevant? Could the citizens of Ohio exercise our constitutional rights or would that only be possible in Hamilton county?
