Gosh, this is the first place on the internet that was a voice for conservative minded people. It's a family affair here!! So many of our family reads this site daily!!
There really is no other place that has the kind of "news" that this site has, and always has had!!
There will forever be "Whiners".. "Boo hooo,.. I got banned and I'm not sure why.. where's the Freedom man" Types. They are FREE to not visit.
I have said before, we do get strange people here at times. But generally they come and go away when they are hit with logical debate.
I urge you to have a banner where you have a link to donate. A permanent banner at the top of all forum topics. There has to be a way to do this, but allow you Jim to keep your dignity. I really hate that you must "by neccessity" come here and post WHY you need the money. We are all so lucky to have this site to visit.
Anyone with any common sense, knows this website cost money to run. But before you,.. before FOX news, this Nation was being brainwashed. Those who were concerned "were and are" grateful that Jim Robinson started FreeRepublic.
PLEASE PUT A BANNER AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE WITH AN EASY LINK FOR DONATING TO KEEP YOU RUNNING. IT COULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE "IF YOU LOVE FREEREPUBLIC, PLEASE HELP US CONTINUE BY DONATING GENEROUSLY".
I say continue with donations, until they aren't enough, then you will have to charge a monthly fee. We are all behind you Jim in whatever you have to do. This should be FUN,.. and not so stressful. You deserve better than that.
