If contributing members were to sign a waiver allowing any personal contributions to FreeRepublic to be used at the owner's discretion, would that satisfy you?

Thanks. Personally, when I give money to someone, I always do so with the understanding that it is no longer mine and can be spent for any purpose the recipient pleases. (Unless a claim is made that 100% will go to a specific purpose, like many charities have done recently).
