Well, I'm working double shifts seven days a week for Free Republic and I'm not getting paid a whit.

Is it accurate that, at the time of this post, you were receiving a six figure annual salary from Talkspot? Wasn't Talkspot also paying for FR's bandwidth, as well as providing FR with technical support?

Despite this, were you not still holding fundraisers on FR? In light of the foregoing, was it accurate to claim that you weren't being paid a whit?

Yes, it was accurate. I was working double shifts seven days per week (still am) and I was not getting paid by FR. The fundraisers at the time were for our activisim projects and for our legal fund. I did have a personal consulting contract with TalkSpot that paid me $50,000 in 1998 and another $50,000 in 1999. Everyone has to make a living. TalkSpot also provided us with a server and bandwidth during that period. TalkSpot offered technical assistance, but we did not need it and did not take advantage of their offer.

Did you ever contribute monetarily to JimRob or FreeRepublic? If not, then how would it be legally possible for you to claim any financial damages? If so, aren't your damages limited by the amount you actually "lost". Why don't you ask for a refund? If individual members of FR set up FR Chapters, how can Mr. Robinson be held personally responsible for any of their activities, except as the individuals in question post to this site? If someone is a member of an FR Chapter, are they then prohibited by law from contributing to FreeRepublic? If so, why not cite the law? Do you believe it is illegal to ask for voluntary contributions to any endeavor? Are you now, or have you ever personally profited in a financial way from any site, which parodies or maligns FreeRepubllic. If contributing members were to sign a waiver allowing any personal contributions to FreeRepublic to be used at the owner's discretion, would that satisfy you?

Do you belong to any communists organizations? How much money have you donated to a political organization? What is your social security number? What did you have for lunch last June 3, 1999? Did you go to college? What is your IQ? Have you had major surgery anywhere on your person, especially above your neck? Do you drink alcohol? Are you physically challenged? Who did you vote for in your last state election? What time zone do you live in? Do you have a passport? What is your favorite color? Have you been tested for STD's? Have you been in a scouting organization? What is your name? Are your parents alive? Do you use birth control? Do you use hemmoriod ointment? What color is your hair? What is your driver's license number? What is your phone number? Where were you born? Do you have AIDS? Have you ever had intercourse with a relative? What do you have for dinner on a regular basis? When was the last time you cleaned your toliet? Do you burp or fart? Do you have heart murmers? What was the last movie you saw? Do you believe in God? Why don't you get a life?
