I must appear senile, but that is to be expected. I do grasp at straws when straws are the only thing around. When you are looking for something for several years, a random straw may show it to you. Such was the case with the double radar returns. Because I was convinced that this was a test that went bad, I have been looking all over for a target for the test and finally found it in a 'straw'. The BOSCTR radar gave me what I had been looking for and NOR provided the altitudes.
