Needless to say, the IRS will win in some way...whether they send in another form of government to do their dirty deed...they will get the money. They have their ways. It may take a couple of years but they will win in the end. I have seen it happen. It's not pretty witnessing someone being set up, seeing someone going through emotional distress.
