CNBC "Hardball" host and Democratic Party insider Chris Matthews said Saturday that New York Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton can't wait to become president of ther United States.
"She's dyin' for it," Matthews told NBC's Tim Russert, on Russert's own weekend CNBC interview show.
RUSSERT: What about your fellow Goldwater groupie Hillary Clinton?
MATTHEWS: Ah, you know, you're a New Yorker, a New York stater - um - Hillary is dyin' for it. But she's also miserable right now because of all this patriotic stuff going on - she can't stand it.
Matthews recalled an incident where Mrs. Clinton seemed reluctant to pledge allegiance to the American flag.
"I remember Hillary - I'll tell you this about Hillary," Matthews told Russert. "She once said, 'I pledge allegiance to the America that can be.'
"What, are we on probabtion?,' Matthews exclaimed.
"When is she gonna lighten up about this sort of thing," the CNBC host added. "This is a great place instead of her constant complaining."

I agree. And I'm not that far behind you. Not only have I never seen anything like her, but I'm embarassed to say I will NEVER understand the visceral reaction that both she and her partner in crime elicit from me. They literally set my teeth on edge.

She burns opposition out in anger. She's part of a generation that learned they could defy and anger their parents 35 years ago. Eventually, their parents would exhaust themselves and collapse. The Clintons played the same trick throughout their politicasl career. After the Lewinsky affair the nation was ready to revolt. Hillary laughed and called it a right wing conspiracy while Bubba brazed it out. The nation collapsed in futility and exasperation. Bubbas negative went down while his support went back up over a period of several months.

The visceral reaction is easy to understand. The two of them are insultingly dishones, brazen it out, and there is nonthing you can do about it beyond throw objects at the TV screen when they come on, which doesn't accomplish anything. The Clintons have learned there is nothing anyone can do about it over TV screens. They have no fear.

They have no fear. Of course they don't. They know they can do anything and the media will never report it.
There aren't many in the US who know the whole sordid story about the clintons.

Hitler was also a spoiled brat street artist bohemian type radical punk hanging in out in Vienna coffeehouses, and look where he wound up. Check out RLK's comments on this thread, and click here for a very thorough, as in there's more here than you want to know, about the Clintons, the psychological state of the West, and more stuff than you can shake a dictionary at:
Politics in America Cheers, mate.

If Hillary ever became POTUS, her administration would make the Taliban seem like flaming moderates.

I think it's their arrogance, combined with a sense that nothing is beneath them, that sets me to loathing them.

Hillary Clinton is more obsessed with power than Adolph Hitler ever was..so it wouldn't surprise me one bit if she doesn't find a way to weasel her way back to the White House. But in order for that to happen...this country will have to sink to a level of depravity unknown in previous history.

I have no idea. I don't think that I have EVER heard or read that he approved of anyone at all.

Oh my yes ... BIG TIME ! : - )

The Clintons have manipulated half the people in the country into the same state you are in. All they can do is sputter. Eventually they sputter themselves into a state of exhaustion and the Clintons win.

And a couple of silver bullets just to make sure!

My honest belief is that she is as dangerous as Hitler. She is a combination of Hitler and Evita Peron.

If and when she ever gets close to getting back into the White House, this country will be more divided than it was just prior to the Civil War, and, IMO, we would experience the same result.
-----------------------
It already started. Ruby Ridge and Waco were the tentative beginnings of a civil war upon the American people.

Love your link. A lot of it is tinfoil hat stuff, but this quote is a keeper:
I do wish useless privileged people with nothing else to do in their lives would stop inflicting themselves on the country while attempting to dignify it as making the sacrifice of going into public service. There's no sacrifice. It's an intoxicating and glamorous pursuit. You couldn't blast them out of their supposed suffering and sacrifice with a nuclear bomb. Most of them have nowhere else to go, or nothing else to do. They are not serving anyone but themselves and their own ambition. It's become an exclusive club of the inept that is destroying America.

Have you ever read Robert Ruark's book "Poor No More"? It was published about the time that Bill Clinton was coming of age. A shadow of Dreiser, it is about a poor southern boy who determines that he wants to be Big Time. The parallels to Clinton are so obvious that I think he must have read it.
The era of Bill is over and Hillary is a different beast but I think Bill showed us how Hillery can be destroyed. Reflect a bit on what he did and DIDN'T DO. Hillary is not invincible, if fact she is incredibly weak but we have to be smarter than she is. They planted the seeds of their own destruction and they are not where they think they are or where we think they are.
