MANSFIELD -- No evidence of tampering with the water was found after an Albanian citizen sought on a deportation warrant was arrested while walking on the Mansfield Hollow Dam, authorities said.
After the arrest Thursday evening of Artur Dalipi, 35, of 6 Middletown Ave., Wethersfield, technicians with the Willimantic Water Works tested water at the dam for the presence of unusual materials. Willimantic's reservoir is downstream of the dam.

Yeah, they might even pee in it! Yuk!!
Amen to that. We are the militia. We are millions of eyes and ears. Citizens literally on watch and helping to guard our nation.
Now is the time for all citizens to read and understand for once what the 2nd Amendment means. Yes, Sarah Brady, an honest armed citizen may just be what saves your ass from a terrorist someday. Sarah, you try to drive a wedge between honest armed citizens and our law enforcement. We honor and respect them; we are on the side of law and order. However, we have been blessed with the common sense to know that the police can NOT be everywhere.
Terrorists will be looking to attack where there is little chance for law enforcement to respond quickly. Who knows your "home turf" better folks, YOU, or some govt. bureaucrat just transferred in from out of town? We are the ones who will ULTIMATELY be responsible for our own safety. Stay sharp, and be safe.
We can only guess at their intentions when they are caught scouting out a place for a possible terrorist assault. Apparently the 19 hijackers had done nothing criminal prior to 9-11, though hind-sight now tells us that there were a few clues, had we known what to look for. Taking lessons for flying a plane and not wanting to know how to take-off or land is not a criminal offense -- or at least it didn't use to be.
So how do we stop these would-be terrorists, when all we have is our suspicions of what they might have had in mind? My vote is to deport them and at least make it more difficult for them to come back. (That, of course, is not my first instinct, but we are supposed to be a civilized society).
Freedom and civil rights can be a real bitch when you are expected to extend the same to your enemies.

An excerpt:
During the entire six-hour flight, Woods noticed the men neither ate nor drank. They talked to each other in whispers and did not read or sleep. On Sept. 12, Woods called the FBI to tell investigators about his experience. He was interviewed by agents on Sept. 13. Woods's spokesman told Reuters the actor thought it ''prudent not to comment on this and let the FBI continue to do their job, which they seem to be doing superbly right now.'' One of the practice flights may have occurred in August. Actor James Woods was so shaken by a flight he took from Boston to Los Angeles about a month before the attacks that he told an attendant and authorities of his suspicions when he landed. Woods was in first-class and the only other passengers in the section were four men who appeared to be Middle Eastern in origin.
Sad that the ONLY remaining requirement to vote is to be 18 years old.
They may have set the low bail so they can watch where she goes, who she talks to, etc. in an effort to broaden the investigation. Also, I'll bet the Albanian is a Muslim.
I wish I could give you the exact day, but Im sure if you check out your local paper youll find it.
