He signed the "welfare reform bill" after it was passed by veto-proof majorities in both Houses of Congress, but that didn't stop him from trying to take credit for it. I still like the bumper sticker I saw that said "Jimmy Carter - No Longer Our Worst President"

Yea I knew that and that's why I said he signed GOP bills but I can't think of a darn thing he did since the tax increases (Bad) that were his idea that was good ?
