Do you know what I just figured out? That you have absolutely no understanding of scripture..

You can not tell the difference between an act of God and witchcraft..you believe in praying for the dead (witchcraft)

My mother died when my kiddo was VERY tiny, yet we prayed for her daily and GOD's word helped us live through my mother's illness and death. Afterwards, we prayed that she is with GOD,

You value the opinion of man over the opinion of God..so you want my argument..I offer God's word..you offer your opinion that God thinks this is just fine...nothing in the bible about Harry Potter,so God just must love witchcraft fantasy

You know what? I believe what the word of God says..it isn't just good literature,or a good guidepost for living..it is the very revelation of God..

I didn't say that I prayed to the DEAD ( unless you consider that Jesus was cruicied, died, and was buried, and on the third day, he arose from the dead . des that make hi the resurect LORD, but still dead, to you ? Is GOD, the Father DEAD ? Hmmmmmmmm ) , but that my daughter and I had prayed FOR my mother, through her illness, and that through GOD's granting us strength and peace, we managed to make it through her death. It's now a SIN / blasphemy to pray for the ill and dying , and to ask GOD's helpe in seeing the family through such events ? I am utterly baffled by your consistant replies, which twist other people's words. put extranious words, which they NEVER typed, into their muths, and then posit that YOU and ONLY you understand what is in the Bible, and GOD's heart and mind.

You reposted a part of my reply (cherrypicking again !) and yet you haven't read it, nor understood any of it. CONGRATULATIONS ! You have just managed to thoroughly shoot yourself in both feet, and I'll allow those reading the posts, to make up their own minds abou which one of us is calmly trying to make some semblance of sense here.
