I stumbled across this site recently and suffice to say, next to FR, its incredible. They've got almost every important Western author and poet that I can think of. The Bible? Its there! Shakespeare's complete works? Its there! And it all FREE!

Yes it does!!I was only joking. I have no interest in obtaining porn over the internet from Amazon or anyone else.
I prefer to go to the local adult bookstore, and swap stories and lies with the other perverts.
Only Joking.
See, I'm learning to attach bold alerts for the more literalistic FReepers.

Outstanding. Someone posts Bartlesby's link about once a year, and it's always welcome.

Thank you so much for this web page, I just found a first edition signed copy Peter Hathaway Capstick book that I am going to buy for my husband for Christmas. He will love it!! I have been looking for something like this for him for years.
Peter Hathaway Capstick died a couple of years ago, and he writes about his African hunting experiences. They are extremely hard to find. Most of his books have been out of print for years.
Thanks again, this is one of the many reasons I love FreeRepublic.

Thanks so much for this great post. I had all of these places bookmarked, but in August had a lightning strike fry my computer in spite of two surge supressors. My CD backup file was old and didn't include these links. Thanks again.

They've got almost every important Western author. . .No Zane Gray or Louis L'Amour?
Just kidding. Thanks for the link. My evenings are now officially booked until 2008.

Cool...I'm a fan of all these sites. I read books from my Palm Pilot. I'm on the 3rd Ann of Green Gables book right now.
