I have no problem with anyone offering it to her. I would have a problem if the person offering were acting in an intimidating manner. I would have a problem if someone tried to force it upon her.

As far as legislation goes, no. I would not help pass such legislation. The law already covers this type of activty. I am for smaller governement. Passing useless laws just makes life more difficult and expensive for everyone.

Now we're getting into a grey area. By WHOSE definition would this be established?

Let me ask you something real frank, and if you want to answer privately, that's ok. I can keep the dialogue going that way. Do you know of anyone, a young girl specifically, who's gone into PP for something, only to be lied to? To be deceived?
