A huge shift in world opium production is coming. Qadaffi is already moving men into Zimbabwe, and making land arrangements with Mugabe. If the Afghan crop gets the rep for being tainted with anthrax, the shift to Zim crops will be accomplished more easily, and those who drove the more radical Islamists out of Afghan will be left without as ready a market for their product.
