Nope! My nephew and I had this out way back in 1995, five years before I ever heard of my good friend Carry_Okie and his phenomenal memorialization of rational expectations and making lemonaid out of a watershed of lemons in his beautiful book!
Good to see someone finally alive and functioning on this site tonight, just about the time I gotta leave. It's been dead here.

I have appeared before that court. Judge McKibben is an honorable man and a hard working judge. But I am shocked and alarmed to read the report of this trial. I have litigated a case involving the Taking Clause through a decision by the U. S. Supreme Court, and have seen that the Justice Department and other federal counsel will go to outrageous lengths to get around Constitutional limitations. But this seems to be another low point in the continuing effort of the federal government to have totally unrestrained power against its own citizens. Thank you for informing us.

Guess I didn't word that well. It is similar in nature to the stories he tells. Does that work?
