Two teenagers have been arrested for trying to blow up a 7-month-old kitten on July 3, the Citrus Heights police said Tuesday.

The teenagers, who were not identified, were booked on felony counts of exploding a destructive device and cruelty to animals.

Strange, isn't it, that when people say that it's okay to hurt an animal because it is not a person...they are using the same argument made by pro-choice folks in reference to the fetus...

But an unborn human is a human. As Mother Theresa asked, "If it is not a human life, what kind of life is it?"

There is no equivalence between aborting a human and eating meat.

This is disgusting. When I was a teenager, our family cat was found drowned in a neighbor's pool, and he had been set on fire beforehand (mostly his tail had been burned). Sometime later, a guy I knew at school was telling me about how he once burned off a cat's tail and then drowned it in a pool (and this guy lived in my neighborhood, too). He had seemed like a fairly normal person, too. Sick.
