"Tax the rich, feed the poor, until their rich no more"(Something like that). Good guitar in that song though.
I always took that as a conservative economics statement. It seems to be asking the question that if your plan to feed the poor by taxing the rich, what will you do when you run out of rich people? A typical liberal misinterpretation of economics would end "til there are no poor no more."
