The Framers considered private property rights the most important rights to be protected under the Constitution and are the foundation of capitalism. Unfortunately, the socialist elite, the environmental wackos and the NWO fans favor federal land grabs and were aided immeasurably by the White House during the 1990's.

Al Gore's plans for land use restrictions would have been draconian even in comparison to Clinton's (merely another reason to thank God Bush won). I am completely shocked that the NRA favors CARA when this legislation could very adversely affect sport shooting and hunting access.

Thanks for the ping, sorry 'bout the late response. Fighting for private property rights has become my full time job (really). Glad to see Ted Nugent is still eloquent as usual....CARA SUX!!!
