I suppose all the Bushies out there are going to ignore this obvious NTSB COVERUP of the truth. No, I'm afraid this unfortunate incident has a far far simpler explanation:
Resnick, 31, of Hollywood, drowned after suffering a blow to his head, the Broward County medical examiner's office said.

Well, look at the bright side - one less jet skier, and a free Thanksgiving duck!

Who cares about the dude, how is the duck, it might be an endangered species, and therefore this man's estate is liable for the cost of finding the ducks family and raising it and letting it into the wild.
This was murder most fowl!! Just think of the environmental impact due to the loss of that duck in the gene pool!! /sarcasm off

I heard someone saw a missle-like object ascend from the opposite shore of the lake and hit the duck.
"There was this streak, then a bright flash of light, then a big cloud of feathers!" one witness said.

At the speed Resnick was traveling, the 10- to 15-pound duck "might as well have been a cinder block,"
-----------------------------
A 10 to 15 lb duck? - Lotsa goosies don't even get that big.
However, having once been hit in the forehead by a .15 ounce bee at 55 on me motorcycle, I can testify that I "might as well been been hit by a rat turd."

Did anyone ask the Duck why he didn't like the boater ? I mean, what could the boater have done to make the duck like him better ? It is so important to be liked

I read over on TinFoilUndergound.com that this particular witness was Vince Foster's second cousin and went to high school with Monica Lewinsky.
Anyone with eyes can see where this thing is going.
Shalom.

< insensitive humor>
"Hey Leon, I don't think you should be riding around so fast on the customized personal watercraft."
"It's OK, I have supplemental insurance."
"Supplemental what?"
"AFLAC!!!"
