Why would it require a constitutional ammendment? Where in the Bill of Rights does it protect our right to kill our offspring?

i think we are on the same side on this issue. i am in so many hissy matches on this thread that i have lost track of who is who!

i have given my opinion on how i would strategize this in an earlier post. but i am open to other suggestions.

i like your attitude of using the bill of rights -- i love beating others at their own game -- but pragmatically i would think that someone would have taken this to court by now if it would work.

abortion is a very painful issue for me. i am open to any and all suggestions on how to overturn roe vs. wade.
