You think they would be claiming that the language is too vague? Too outdated? Unnecessary? Needs updating since the Constitution is a 'living and breating document'?

Good one!!! I guess then if there was an amendment that said "The right to an abortion shall not be infringed." We could actually limit abortions.

gunaphobics are worried their message is being rejected. Count on much back peddling over the next few years on second amendment issues. Every democrat will soon be a hunter.
Liberals tell us if we don't like a behavior it means we're afraid of it. It's time to show them their fear of guns is irrational. Gunaphobics need our understanding to get well.
