So, do you admit that American citizens can be tried by military tribunals?

I am saying that NATURALISED citizens can be stripped of their citizenship at any time for crimes against the United States. Just because it does not happen frequently does not mean that the power is not there. A naturalized citizen is here at the pleasure of the government as long as they remain law abiding citizens. A citizen by birth has no such jeopardy.
