Yeah, commmanding the civil rights away of anyone accused of doing anything terrorist related. If you look up the defintion of "terrorist" it includes any violation of a state's laws. So speeding could be terrorist related.

It would sure be nice if people would stop making such a big deal out of this. The press and those that fail to think this through assume this is the end of the Constitution as we know it.

This has nothing to do with US citizens. Therefore, there are no Constitutional safeguards that are being violated.

There have been lots of reasons in the last 75 years to fear for the loss of Constitutional rights. This just doesn't happen to be one of them.
