You hit the nail on the head.
"Kweisi Mfume, NAACP president and CEO, said the group is asking President Bush, Education Secretary Rod Paige and school leaders nationwide to cut the racial achievement gap at least 50% over the next 5 years."
And they will achieve this by bringing down whites instead of bringing up blacks

You probably all know the old saying: "Pray as if everything depends on God; work as if everything depends on you". The NAALCP wants more government help for schools, but until they take the latter part of the saying to heart, and preach it to the black community day in and day out, no amount of government help will solve the education problem.

What's this character's REAL name? Frizzell Gray. Seven kids by five different women, none of whom he is married to. A true role model, and clearly a man whose opinions on children should be widely heard and respected.
