President George W. Bush next week is expected to name the Justice Department
headquarters after Robert F. Kennedy, a Democratic U.S. attorney general and
brother of former President John Kennedy. "He is expected to sign a document
essentially dedicating the Justice Department building for Robert F. Kennedy," a
White House official said on November 16, 2001. The official had no further
