Northern Arizona University President Owen Cargol made a physical sexual advance toward an employee that "shocked" him, followed by a suggestive e-mail that led the employee to file the formal complaints leading to Cargol's resignation, according to documents released today.

When asked about the incident today, Cargol said, "Locker room antics can be interpreted in different ways. This situation involved locker room antics, not a sexual situation."

While I'm not privy to male locker room antics, I don't believe genitalia grabbing is part of the game. Towel-snapping, yes. Ball-grabbing, a definite no-no.

Cargol also said of the electronic mail message: "If one reads this as communication between two friends, one trying to counsel and help the other one develop self confidence, it can be viewed in one light. If a person wants to take a more negative perspective, it can be taken in another light."

just think this university president also had a family with wife & kids; He's never worked as a university professor and he was hired. He blew a 6 figure job with this. Now he realizes nobody will hire him to be a university president elsewhere and so he wants to challenge the ruling to save his career somehow.
