Then what was the FBI checking and why were homes quarantined at all if there was not spray and how could they decide the spray was harmless if there wasn't any? Cropdusters fly low enough to see if they are apraying fields, orchards, or homes.

This is, what, the fifth report of planes spraying boats or homes? It's not so much a question of WHAT they are spraying as WHY, if it's harmless? and WHY is it so hard to track them? Seems to me THAT is the real problem, and it should be worked on yesterday!

These reports have ended up to be innocuous....Ag planes blowing smoke for wind drift, ashes from nearby controlled burns or factories etc.

Everyone is just waiting for the next attack and hyper evauluating normal events......

The next attack is coming, these scuzballs won't give up this easy.....my bet will be smallpox via a carrier......

I'm thinking it was a dry run either by a terrorist (I doubt it, why bring attention to yourself?) or maybe our own government. What better way to get out some drugs into the general populace than drop it on em?
