The only problem with these weekend threads are the pics of the food. Gotta FReep, gotta eat. How much more fun to combine the two.

I applied to a couple of the "support our troops" links and haven't heard anything yet. I haven't had time to peruse the whole thread, so pardon me if this question is redundant, but - We're Here to Eagerly Support our Brave Troops - how can we do it best?

This thread every day is being read by several Military bases and clubs and hard copies mailed to troops overseas for them to get a little reading pleasure, knowing we're here, with words of support and love and wonderful patriotic graphics as well. The Guild has mailed huge care packages to the troops overseas and is right now collecting either money to purchase supplies in bulk for a Christmas Care Package, as well as homemade Christmas stockings to send in the next Care Package.
