Just so we can see who the government really wants to disarm: Guilty Plea in $32 million weapons plot [Pakistani man pleads guilty in Miami] (AP)--A Pakistani man pleaded guilty Thursday to trying to illegally export $32 million in missiles, military weaponry and other arms, perhaps to the Middle East.

The charge against Mohammed Malik of attempting to export weapons without a license carries a maximum 10-year prison term, but he may face as little as a year in prison under sentencing guidelines.

On top of all the misinformation that these idiots are spewing, they are making further asses of themselves with this. I buy guns at gun shows, and 99% of the sales there are through Federally licensed dealers. They run background checks. That other 1% are person to person sales. Just like buying one from a friend or relative. So? Evidently they have a problem with the most minute details in our lives.

I'm a pastor (elder) in one of those "liberal" religious groups calling for bans on guns. On Nov 26 I intend to pick up my shotgun and go out in the back 40 and go deer hunting. When I get home I'll put the gun back on the shelf with the other guns I own and with the shells nearby.

They will have been on that shelf throughout the visit by 60 family members during our Thanksgiving Feast a few days prior. None of the children will have touched them or the shells because they know better AND because we let them shoot under adult supervision SO there isn't any undue curiosity and SO they learn proper handling and SO they get full indoctrinated in the belief that guns are good things and useful for targets, deer, self-protection, and preserving national security and freedom.

Teach your children well.

That'll counteract a lot of bullshi_ that comes their way via the media elite and the idiot socialists who lead them.

How many firearms were used to commit the attrocities of September 11, 2001? NONE. Not a single firearm. How many people died from the lack of a gun in the hands of an honest citizen on the hijacked planes? Somewhere around 5,000. No they can not tell you how many lives will be saved by the Brady bunch legislation nor will they tell you how many innocent Americans will be killed by enacting this law and based on John Lott's research this will cost innocent lives.
