Was there ever any mention of fingerprints, maybe even inside the envelope well before the letter was put in?

Hmmmm ... I haven't heard anyone mention fingerprints. I'm thinking that - since the FBI seized the plastic gloves in their Chester PA bust yesterday - perhaps there weren't any.
