It is so amazing to watch this LIVE event in Crawford with Presidents Bush and Putin. Yet another shining example of how incredible our President is, and how he presents himself so positively to the world on a DAILY basis. I'd just LOVE to see the liberal media spin this one in a negative way. Dubya is very good on his feet, and both Putin and Dubya are pretty funny comedians to boot! Could you just imagine how Slick Willie would've been in this same scenario?

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that neither of the presidents appear to be wearing their seatbelts...?!?

I don't think the seatbelt law applies on private property. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

"...Bush mentioned they have something in common, teenage daughters!..."

And even more interesting is they both named their two daughters after their two grandmothers.

Bush, calling Putin at one point by his first name, Vladimir, said that the more he got to know the Russian leader, "the more I get to see his heart and soul, the more I know we can work together in a positive way."

He joked that he had invited Putin to come back in August, the season of dusty and searing heat here. Bush recounted Putin's wiseacre reply: "Fine, and maybe you'd like to go to Siberia in the winter."

Wife and I were saying that Putin has the looks like he could have been in a James Bond movie.

Wearing smiles like that, I don't care if Pres. Bush was driving barfoot and naked under his coat. We need more of this kind of gathering.

A Ford F-250 root'n toot'n diesel 4X4 nasty a$$ truck. Got one. Love it. You have to love a president that drives his own truck sitting next to the President of Russia.

Beats dancing on the beach with ol' cottage cheese thighs.

Anyway there are no seatbelts in Russia. Though they need them much more than we do, I think. Driving in Moscow is a real treat - you'll never be scared to fly again.
