Well it appears that you have failed. My statement stands. You posted a list of atrocities, naming only one against the Jews and attempting to imply that it was the only heinous act perpetrated against them in all of their history, and attempting to equate it with the single points you made about others. I have shown you why you are wrong. The Jews have been persecuted since the days of Abraham (4000 years ago), including the Holocaust, pogroms in Russia and Eastern Europe, slandered and accused of eating Christians and making matza with blood, the Crusades, the sacking of Jerusalem, the destruction of their temple not once but twice, exiled from their land, enslaved in Egypt, libeled in books such as The Protocols and in plays by Shakespeare, accused of being frauds and descendant of the Khazars, kicked out of their homes in Arab lands, segregated in Europe, turned over by "friends" and neighbors to the Germans, accused of having dual loyalties, the list could go on and on. Nothing bigoted about my statement at all. It is bigoted for you to ignore the inhumane and horrific treatment of the Jewish people through all of their collective time, which extends much longer than any other people's time. Again, my statement stands. You are either ignorant about Jewish history or intentionally deceptive in trying to minimize it, which is a form of bigotry in and of itself.

1. The Jewish National Fund was funded by Jews from around the world to make land available for Jews - the Arabs already had plenty. The amount of land in question was about approx 7% of the total land in Israel.
2. The land was purchased from Arabs and included swamps and the less arable land that the Arabs were happy to get rid of. The Jews got the land and the Arabs got the money. Now the Arabs want the land back after the Jews drained the swamps hundreds dying from Malaria in the process.
3. The Jews payed exorbitant amounts for the land often at 5 to 10 times the amount per acre as good Ohio farmland was fetching at the time.
4. The Israel Supreme Court recently overuled the JNF's regulation restricting lease of its land to Jews. The JNF does not sell land to anyone Jew or Arab. All Arabs now have exactly the same rights under law as do Jews.

Oh yes, if Jews live under Muslim rule, follow Muslim laws, pay the extra tax and do what they're told, the Koran says they can be allowed to live as dhimmis. Sure. Bernadotte was sent by the UN as a mediator not an investigator. I believe I'm fairly well read on the history of this era and have never heard of such an investigation let alone a report. Sounds to me its another fabrication but I'm happy to be corrected if you provide a citation.

The reason is: US 8 Billion dollars per years plus countless weapons. It would dry up over night if they went on a killing spree, so they do it bit by bit, but mostly in the mind, trying to kill the spirit.
Trying to "kill the spirit" by giving them citizenship? Trying to "kill the spirit" by indicating a willingness to establish a Palestinian state again and again? Trying to "kill the spirit" by treating Yassar Arafat like a dignitary instead of the thug he is? Wow, for being so intent upon killing the spirit, they sure are going about it in an inept way. You sound like one of those melodramatic feminists going on about how our patriarchal society demoralizes women by making them wear high-heeled shoes or something.
