Paula Zahn introduced a story this morning about atrocities by the Northern Alliance in Mazar-E Sharif. When the reporter in the city explained the " atrocity", it turned out that it was a fire fight between the Talban and the Northern Alliance. During the fight the Taliban were asked to surrender several times. They refused. They died. End of story. The real atrocity is that CNN is still on the air.

They drive me nuts. Just nuts. I can't listen to them long, they ruin my day. Zahn is a twit. If Christian Anannannannaannannnaannaapour doesn't cut her bangs, I'll scream. Second thought, maybe her hair will soon cover her face. Then, there is dear old Ashley whatever. MSNBC's entry for fool of the year. Since they put her in eyeglasses, she has become so obnoxious, it's pathetic. I've figured it's either the glasses, or they left her in Pakistan too long. Ashley has even begun to talk out the side of her mouth, shades of Greta Van Susturd. Rant off. I'm gone. Sorry. Too much TV News. I don't get FOX.

There are two (2) problems with this BS.
1 - How come "housecleaning" is OK for Europe? but not the Afghans?
2 - CNN is not accurate.

"I can't tell the difference between CNN and NPR." The differences are subtle, yet profound.
Like the difference between chicken sh*t, and dog sh*t.

No the reporter just said that they had been offered several chances to suurender. I'm in Mexico this week on business. I normally do not watch this crap but unfortunately CNN is the only English news channel in Queretaro.

I was also watching that whining piece of parrot doo Aaron Brown last night when he interviewd Judith Miller from the NY Times. Ms. Miller just couldn' bring herself to say the word 'evil' when refering to the Taliban' treatment of women. She just kept saying that it wasn't 'normal'. These people are not into making value judgements of any sort. I think they had electroshock therapy in journalism school to get that 'evil' word out of their vocabulary.

Oh yeah?? Ask them what they think of the nearest Conservative or Republican...

Sorry. Thanks for setting me straight.

I understand. When I was on vacation last year in Playa Del Carmen, I noticed that CNN was usually the only news you could get at most places. I will track down the report for you if I can.

juanita broaderick was not assaulted, either...just, perhaps, "vaginally inconvenienced" by the perpetrator-in -chief....just ask the NOW gang...they apparently could make no judgements on that one either.

Zahn is helping to widen that riftZahn was the sole prominent liability to Fox News.
Good riddance.

She was in the Atlanta studio, so I missed seeing her in a burqua. Those legs are really something though, they remind me of a Perchon's or Clydesdale.

The last time I watched CNN was when my girlfriend's parents were over at the house. I saw what they were watching, grabbed the remote, switched it over to Fox and told them that I don't allow enemy propoganda in my house.

I see what you mean. They're equally disgusting and unpleasant to stamp out--but somebody oughta do it.

Sorry you don't get FOX. I was just surfing and hit on MSNBC and CNN. I could not get back to FOX soon enough. You nailed those so called reporters. Keep the faith.
