Go to a hypnotist. I did and I quit for 4 years with no withdrawl.
Unfortunately, a fishing partner got me started on cigars and I started inhaling them eventually. So I went back to cigarettes.
When I was off smoking, I ballooned to 200 lbs. Pick your poison junior!
CaptainBlack smells HEAVENLY (taste does not match the smell though...) I sometimes burn some in an ashtray just because it smells so dam good
