Congratulations, you are over half way there! (To beeting the addiction).
I Think I managed to push it aside last February. I had a week that was so incredibly busy I wouldn't have time to smoke, so I chose to start the patches then. when the week was over I forgot to use a patch one morning, since I survived the day without smoking I never wore a patch again.
I still miss cigarettes with beer, after eating, and when I get realy frustrated at work, but when I am around cigarette smoke my throat gets tight and I know I will never go back.
