In the area where I live, I never see any foreign or local Arabs, but there are a lot in Gallup and Albuquerque, and I think there are some in the Santa Fe area. I don’t know about Los Alamos, but the lab tended toward “multi-culturalism” during the Clinton years. The big Chinese spy, Win Ho Lee, still lives in the Santa Fe area and has a Chinese “support group” backing him up. He spent only about a year in jail.
