We left Saddam alive, and he sent us anthrax and financed global terrorism. We left bin Ladin alive, and we got 6,000 dead at the World Trade Center, and the horrific bombings in Sudan and the U.S.S. Cole. If this policy keeps up, and we give Mussharaf his 28 F-16 fighters (this is actually being debated in Congress), in addition to his healthy little "reward" of over 1.5 billion dollars, the next time it won't be 6,000 people dying on American soil, it may very well be billions of innocent people.
