Call me pollyannish but this is amazing. I thought for sure if you threw the overvotes in there, Gore would have received way more votes than Bush. This indicates that he only edges out Bush with both under/over votes. This is a "nonstory."

But he couldn't have made it legal since he and the SCOFLA had already pushed the date past the 20 day appeal and rebuttal window.
