Guess we all have our own interpretation of Dubya's efforts. But when it comes to deciding what balance to strike on the international stage,I'll put my money on GWB and his talented, experienced staff rather than some anonymous posters at FR.
That's your privilege, to "put your money" on whomever you like. It may be a good idea to watch that "experienced staff", though. They're not nearly as impressive to me as they are to you.
