Hypothetically, if our nuking of Afghanistan did unite the Arab/Muslim world, what would they do about it?

NORAD to the President: "The Muslim world is united against us."
President: "So?"
NORAD: "They have called for a jihad."
President: "So?"
NORAD: "They have a billion people and have launched one nuclear missle toward LA."
President: "Really, I didn't know they had that capability." "OK, decrease their population by three quarters."
NORAD: "Yes Mr. President."
