I recall that Bush agreed to let Chelsea keep her Secret Service detail -- even though the rules do not cover the children of former presidents. So how is it that she could be wandering around "alone" in Manhattan with the ashes flying everywhere on 9-11?

Her parents must be very proud: Already, at such a tender age, proving herself capable of the most narcissistic form of national media self-promotion without having to trouble herself with little things like the facts.
